Granting relief from Section 271-35 B & C & E and

Section 271-38 for distance to a principal building

 and rear and side yard setbacks to rebuild a garage

with a new, functional, standard sized, freestanding

2-car garage in place of the existing garage.

                              Applicant: Beth Ephraim Maplewood Jewish Center, Inc.

                            Seeking a D1 Use Variance with additional variance

relief for front yard setback, building height for 2 ½

stories, and parking setback to demolish and reconstruct the 2 ½ story structure. The new structure is proposed to

consist of multi-purpose rooms on the first floor and an office area and residential unit on the second floor.
